What you'll find on the Academy
The Academy is home to our courses on anti-racism, anti-oppression, and equity, diversity and inclusion, with new programmes added regularly as we grow. Every course is drawn from the same facilitated work we deliver with charities, funders, schools, grassroots movements, and other mission-led organisations — the same high-quality, action-focused content, in a format you can work through at your own pace.

For organisations
Charities, funders, schools, and other mission-led organisations use the Academy to train staff, brief trustees and volunteers, and support ongoing learning across teams.
Block licences are available on any course or programme, with a designated contact from your organisation able to track team progress. Annual Academy subscriptions give your whole team unlimited access to our full library, with account management support throughout.
For individuals
Buy single courses or multi-part programmes to work through at your own pace. Each course is designed to be returned to whenever you need, with downloadable resources to support your practice.
