  • EDI audits

    We support organisations to build a shared understanding of their current position on the journey to creating social justice.

    We expertly hold space. This allows groups and individuals to share their experiences in ways that are empowering. Time and time again we have seen that handling this well can create immediate ripples of change and agency.

    Through those facilitated spaces, quantitative and qualitative enquiry processes we build a picture of the manifestations of oppression within and around an organisation or team. This is the key to identifying opportunities for creating transformational organisational, social and cultural change.

    We take in a visionary and positive approach, rather than a deficit model of social justice. This means that rather than merely a response to the symptoms identified, we work with organisations to create a positive vision.

    We effect real and practical change. We support organisations to be clear on the cultures, practice and action required to maximise their potential for social justice both inside the organisation and outside, rooted in systemic change.

    And we enable organisations to have the challenging conversations required to agree their own appetite for, approach to and theory of change. We have supported teams who wish to be radically anti-oppressive and those who wish to take iterative and measured steps towards social justice. Wherever you are on your journey, we will support you to create bespoke, strategic and sustainable solutions.

  • Learning & development

    Our approach to EDI is rooted in learning. Learning from theory, from practice and most importantly learning through reflection and experience.

    We believe that creating an organisational mindset that is rooted in social justice is iterative and emergent. We see ourselves as guides on your lifelong learning journey, meeting you where you are at, and reaching forward with you.

    We offer bespoke and off the shelf learning programmes; one day sessions and year long programmes; self led learning guides and trainer led experiential learning; action learning sets and theory based workshops; and lots more in between.   • Executive & board development

    We are expert executive coaches, trainers and facilitators.

    We work with individuals and groups to create bespoke coaching programmes.

    We run CEO and Chair coaching to support the development of inclusive leadership models and styles that enable leaders on social justice challenges without tipping into saviourism.

    We run executive team anti-racism or anti-oppression coaching to do the deep work to understand personal prejudices, privileges and power in order to step up to lead racially and socially just organisations.

    We also facilitate board and executive team development programmes to define roles, purpose and behaviours for leading EDI change programmes.
