We support organisations to dream of a socially just world and then to identify how and why social justice is core to their purpose and mission. This enables organisations to create transformational and systemic change rather than simply designing short term or reactionary interventions.

Coaching
We are expert executive coaches, trainers and facilitators.
Leading social change across organisations and communities is heavy work and requires deep self awareness to not replicate oppressive behaviours in our leadership. We offer coaching to support leaders as they navigate audits, visioning and delivery of their work towards EDI, anti-oppression and social justice.
We run executive team and board coaching to do the deep work to understand personal prejudices, privileges and power in order to step up to lead racially and socially just organisations.
