Social Justice Collective

Putting justice at the centre of your purpose, power and practice.

We work with you to put justice at the centre of your purpose, practice and power — helping your organisation become genuinely accountable to the communities it exists for, and part of building a socially and racially just world.

Why SJC?

We're not here to help you manage injustice better. We're here to work together to dismantle it — and become a catalyst for change beyond your own walls.

A lot of EDI work focuses on helping marginalised people navigate broken systems more successfully. We believe that's the wrong goal. Our work is rooted in a systemic analysis of power and oppression — and in the belief that justice requires redistribution of resources, decision-making, and power, not just better representation.

Our work: supporting your whole justice journey

  • Training & learning

From EDI foundations to anti-racism and anti-oppression. Facilitated sessions and self-paced e-learning — all rooted in systemic thinking.

  • Strategy, Audits & Consultancy

Understand where you are, build clarity on where you need to go, and embed justice into purpose, governance and culture.

  • Coaching

For leaders navigating complexity, holding power, and doing the hard internal work that justice leadership demands.

  • Events & collective action

Convenings and communities of practice that create spaces for people doing justice work to connect, reflect, and act together — building solidarity and collective action.

“If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
