We work at every level — from individual leaders to whole organisations.

Our work is movement-building infrastructure. We use training, coaching, strategy support, consultancy, and collective learning not as ends in themselves, but as tools to help organisations build justice-centred purpose, accountable practice, and collective power over time. Every engagement — whether a single session or a multi-year partnership — is designed around where you are and where you need to go.

Our work

Not sure where to start? Every organisation is at a different point in their journey.

Training & Learning

Our training builds shared analysis, language, and practice — from EDI foundations through to advanced anti-racism and anti-oppression work. Whether as a standalone session or part of a longer programme, our training is rooted in systemic thinking: we are not teaching people to navigate unjust systems more successfully, but to understand, challenge, and help dismantle them. We offer facilitated training and e-learning. You can purchase individual e-learning licenses in our shop or contact us for multiple licenses.

Strategy, Audits & Consultancy

We support organisations to ask the difficult, necessary questions — about purpose, power, and impact — rather than defaulting to surface-level responses to inequality. This work is bespoke, rooted in your context, and designed to create lasting structural change. We support organisations not just to transform internally, but to become catalysts for change in their sector and communities.

  • EDI and justice audits — building an honest picture of where you are

  • Strategy and purpose work — naming social and racial justice as your organising principle

  • Governance consultancy — embedding accountability into your board and decision-making

  • Action planning — clear, resourced, owned next steps

  • Accountability frameworks and feedback mechanisms

Coaching

Justice leadership is demanding. It requires deep self-awareness, the capacity to sit with discomfort, and the willingness to be held to account. Our coaching supports people holding power and responsibility to act with integrity and courage — so that the burden of driving change is not displaced onto the people who are already most affected by injustice.

  • Executive coaching for CEOs, directors and senior leaders

  • Group and team coaching for leadership teams and boards

  • Coaching for practitioners with lived experience — supporting healthy boundaries and sustainable practice

  • Somatic and embodied leadership approaches

Events & Collective Capacity

We reduce isolation and build collective capacity across organisations. Our convenings and communities of practice create spaces for people doing justice work to connect, reflect, and act together — building the conditions for solidarity and collective action over the long term.
