Training & Learning

Our training builds shared analysis, language, and practice — from EDI foundations through to advanced anti-racism and anti-oppression work. Whether as a standalone session or part of a longer programme, our training is rooted in systemic thinking: we are not teaching people to navigate unjust systems more successfully, but to understand, challenge, and help dismantle them. Coaching


Justice leadership is demanding. It requires deep self-awareness, the capacity to sit with discomfort, and the willingness to be held to account. Our coaching supports people holding power and responsibility to act with integrity and courage — so that the burden of driving change is not displaced onto the people who are already most affected by injustice.
