Training & Learning
Our training builds shared analysis, language, and practice — from EDI foundations through to advanced anti-racism and anti-oppression work. Whether as a standalone session or part of a longer programme, our training is rooted in systemic thinking: we are not teaching people to navigate unjust systems more successfully, but to understand, challenge, and help dismantle them. Power, Justice & Accountability
A yearlong transformational programme from JMB Consulting x Social Justice Collective for leaders who are committed to anti-racist action and transformation – personally, in their organisations and in civil society as a whole.
This programme is designed to provide a space for transforming personal and organisational approaches to anti-racist practice. With a mix of small-group online work and whole-group in-person sessions, you will be guided through a personal, challenging and transformative journey rooted in anti-oppressive practice following the process of decolonisation outlined by Poka Laenui:
