Facilitated programme: what you’ll get

Foundational sessions on the definitions and theory of equity, diversity and inclusion. These sessions can include a focus on EDI in governance.

Practical assessment and goal setting sessions to set you up to take action, and to plan how to move beyond EDI towards anti-oppression.

These sessions are facilitator led and involve theory, self reflection, organisational analysis and goal setting. They also enable groups of people to reflect together and set shared goals
Self led programme: what you’ll get

An introductory session on the definitions and theory of equity, diversity and inclusion. The session offers how you can begin to move beyond EDI to anti oppression.

The learning is presented through videos, reading, activities and quizzes. All content is designed to be accessible with closed captions, transcripts and screen reader friendly content.
