  • Stonewall

    Race Equity Programme. Three year programme to build a shared understanding of the internal manifestations of racism and to co-create a race equity vision, action plan & theory of change. Developing and delivering a whole staff learning programme to build anti-racism capability and confidence at all levels.

  • Liberty

    Race Equity coaching & consultancy. Working with the Staff of Colour Network and Board sub-group to build a shared understanding of Liberty’s current position on the journey to creating racial justice. Individual and group coaching to support the Board and Senior Leadership Team with their own anti-racist leadership and commitments.

  • NCVO

    EDI audit, coaching & consultancy. An audit to build a shared understanding of NCVO’s current position on the journey to creating social justice. Coaching and consultancy support to the Board, Senior Leadership Team and EDI Group to support their change journey and to build confidence in EDI.

  • Girl Guiding UK

    EDI audit & strategy development. An audit to build a shared understanding of Girl Guiding UK’s current position on the journey to creating social justice. An organisational and culture change process to support the Board, Executive and EDI Group to build an EDI strategy and theory of change.

  • ACEVO

    Anti-racism action learning set programme for Board Chairs and CEOs. A year long programme of theory, action and review creating a habit of EDI praxis. Covering grounding theory and definitions of race equity, white fragility, microagressions, holding challenging conversations, and defining anti-racist leadership vs white saviourism. Supporting leaders to start their anti-racism journey with deep self-reflection, in order to lead challenging conversations and build towards anti-racism in their organisations and across the sector.

  • The Scouts’ Association

    EDI consultancy to support the EDI strategy development process. Sharing insights, tools and expertise to support TSA to develop their own solutions.

  • Charity Governance Code

    EDI Principle. Reviewing the Diversity Principle through research and engagement. Development of the new EDI Principle in partnership with the Charity Governance Code steering group. Advising on the tools and supplementary guidance to enable boards to implement the EDI principle.

  • Funders for Race Equality Alliance / Equally Ours

    Mapping of the race equity sector. Research into the race equity sector in England to enable funders to reach and serve the sector better. Holding space to gather qualititative data in interviews and focus groups, and gathering quantitative data through survey. Creating a research report and recommendations to enable funders to create racial justice in their practice and systems.

  • Ten Years’ Time

    Anti-oppression programme. Facilitating a four month programme to enable Ten Years’ Time to explore, plan and transform its internal and external practice and become powerfully anti-oppressive.

  • Fawcett Society

    Advisory Panel for Women of Colour’s Pay and Progression. Sharing insights, expertise and research into the barriers to women of colour’s pay and progression.

  • National Union of Students

    Race equity consultancy. Providing space to leadership and internal experts in their response to the Runnymede Trust’s institutional racism review.

  • Turn2Us

    Anti-racism action learning programme. A five month programme for cohorts of staff to take part in anti-racism theory learning, reflection sessions, and action learning. Supporting staff at all levels to build confidence and capability to create racial justice in their workforce and through the work of Turn2Us.

  • Civil Society Media

    Introductory anti-racism training session for trustees and senior leaders.

  • LawWorks

    EDI audit, strategy & learning programme. An audit to build a shared understanding of LawWorks’ current position on the journey to creating social justice. An organisational and culture change process to support the team to build an EDI strategy. Developing and delivering a whole staff learning programme to build EDI capability and confidence at all levels.

  • Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport

    EDI and leadership programme. A high level intervention to facilitate challenging leadership conversations about EDI and anti-oppression at DCMS.
