Two foundational sessions on how systems of oppression such as racism, ableism and sexism were formed and how power and oppression shows up in your organisation and society.

Three optional bolt on sessions depending on your needs. These cover: from allyship to solidarity, generating new possibilities, anti-oppressive leadership.

These sessions are facilitator led and involve theory, self reflection, organisational analysis and goal setting. They also enable groups of people to reflect together and set shared goals

The learning is presented through videos, reading, activities and quizzes. All content is designed to be accessible with closed captions, transcripts and screen reader friendly content.
