Move beyond EDI and towards anti-oppression in these facilitated and self led learning programmes to build an understanding of systems of oppression and privilege, to analyse how power operates in your organisation, and to set tangible commitments towards creating social justice.

Facilitated programme: what you’ll get

  • Two foundational sessions on how systems of oppression such as racism, ableism and sexism were formed and how power and oppression shows up in your organisation and society.

  • Three optional bolt on sessions depending on your needs. These cover: from allyship to solidarity, generating new possibilities, anti-oppressive leadership.

  • These sessions are facilitator led and involve theory, self reflection, organisational analysis and goal setting. They also enable groups of people to reflect together and set shared goals

Self led programme: what you’ll get

  • Three sessions on: 1) how systems of oppression such as racism, ableism and sexism were formed and how they show up in your organisation and society, 2) power & privilege and how it shows up in your organisation and society, 3) how to move from allyship to anti-oppressive solidarity.

  • The learning is presented through videos, reading, activities and quizzes. All content is designed to be accessible with closed captions, transcripts and screen reader friendly content.

  • These sessions are self led and involve theory, self reflection, organisational analysis and goal setting. They include workbooks to enable groups of people to capture and then share their reflections and goals.
