Sophia is a multi-award-winning expert in Leadership, EDI, and Governance. She was named Campaigner of the Year at the Burberry British Diversity Awards 2022, recognised as one of Charity Times' Leaders to Watch in 2023, and a Scholar at the Middle Temple. She is also the founder of S. Moreau Consulting. Sophia's approach to organisational development combines evidence-based strategies with a values-driven outlook.  With experience ranging from communications to employment law, her overarching aim is to build ethical organisations, services, and societies.  As a consultant, Sophia typically supports clients as an advisor, trainer, investigator, auditor, and strategist.
