Chaka Bachmann is the founder of Impact Culture, a consultancy dedicated to building equitable and inclusive organisational cultures. With extensive experience advising boards and senior leadership teams, she has supported over 100 organisations to strengthen their governance, strategy, and EDI practice. Chaka co-authored the EDI principle of the Charity Governance Code and regularly works with bodies such as NCVO, SCVO, and Civil Society Media. Her approach combines evidence-based insight with empathy and accountability, informed by her lived experience as a neurodivergent queer Femme of dual heritage. She facilitates in both English and German.
