A woman from the Global Majority with disabilities, she specialises in executive coaching, organisational development, and strategic culture change. Bhavika helps leaders recognise blind spots, teams navigate difficult conversations, and companies translate anti-oppression values into measurable action. With an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and EMCC accreditation at Senior Practitioner level, she combines evidence-based psychology with practical business tools. Currently supporting social impact organisations, Bhavika creates workplaces where diversity is genuinely valued and leveraged for collective success.
