Bhavika Patel
Business Psychologist and Anti-Racism Coach - she/her
Bhavika Patel is a business psychologist and anti-racism coach who works with organisations to address systemic inequality and build genuinely inclusive cultures. As a disabled woman from the Global Majority, she brings together decolonial practice with evidence-based psychology to support social purpose organisations creating meaningful change.
Bhavika works with leaders and boards to examine how power operates in their organisations, spot the patterns that maintain inequality, and redesign systems that inadvertently favour certain groups. Her coaching takes an intersectional approach—recognising that experiences of oppression are shaped by multiple, overlapping identities. Her practice combines executive coaching, organisational development, and facilitation—helping people have difficult conversations, challenge their own assumptions, and move from good intentions to concrete action.
With an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and EMCC accreditation at Senior Practitioner level, she's committed to work that's psychologically rigorous without being inaccessible. She's also a Trustee with Rose Hill Junior Youth Club (Oxford) and Co-Chair of the Board with Power & Integrity.
